Each Artuoso Artwork is unique and is custom-made especially for you. After receiving your payment, the production process will start. It is therefore no longer possible to cancel your order after the start of the production process and unfortunately we cannot accept any returns. As every order is made to customer specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Artuoso stands for quality. Should you nevertheless experience a problem? Please contact us at hello@artuoso.art within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will work with you to find a solution. 

European Union cooling off period
As our products are custom-made products, meaning that the products are made especially at your request and tailored to your requirements (e.g. you choose the image and format yourself), the right of withdrawal is NOT APPLICABLE to our products, following Dutch and European legislation. This therefore means that you cannot return the product nor refunds are applicable.

Damages and issues
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at hello@artuoso.art within 48 hours. To help speed things up, include clear, well-lit photos of the damage—both a general view and close-up shots of the packaging and the products within. Once we receive your report, we’ll work to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
